We operate primarily in Indiana and Kentucky. Where applicable, we follow requirements under state privacy laws effective January 1, 2026, including the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act and the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act, and we apply privacy best practices intended to promote transparency and trust.

The Site may include AI-assisted features that help collect and route inquiries (for example, when you enter a phone number, property address, or search preferences). When you use these features, we collect the information you submit and related usage data (such as timestamps, page context, and basic device information) to respond to your request, improve the Site, and prevent fraud or abuse. AI-assisted features may generate responses that are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
2.5 Uploaded Documents and Forms
If the Site allows you to upload documents or completed forms, we collect the contents of those files and associated metadata (such as file name, upload time, and technical identifiers). Do not upload sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for a defined purpose. Examples of sensitive information include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or information about minors. If you upload such information without request, you do so at your own risk and we may delete it.

- Affiliates: With Green Tree Real Estate Services or affiliated entities for operational purposes.
- Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, subpoenas, court orders, government requests, or to enforce our policies and protect against legal claims.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets where information may be transferred as a business asset.
